- Child support, while often considered an integral part of divorce proceedings, child support issues need not be connected with divorce - or a marriage. Child support is always reviewable by the court and can be modified when circumstances change. If a child is born outside of a marriage, support issues often must still be resolved for the benefit of the child. We are very familiar with these issues and are devoted to helping clients resolve them, in whatever context they arise.
- IRS tax problems We help clients who are facing the stress of taxation problems with the IRS. Solutions can include: reducing or eliminating penalties and interest, payment plans, offers in compromise, or possible complete elimination of any tax owed.
