Our clients have an objective view of all their options and the greatest chance of making their best decisions.
We often suggest mediation and always look for common ground between the parties as the basis for good decisions. However we are never shy about going to trial when necessary. Of course, the ultimate decision of how to proceed in any given matter remains with the client.
For our clients' convenience
We are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We will also make evening and weekend appointments. When necessary we also make home visits, by special arrangements. We maintain various fee arrangements that are tailored to the particular matters we handle for our clients. For our clients' convenience we accept payment via credit cards.
